• Apply a generous layer of mud to the body, avoiding any damaged or sensitive areas. Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water, massaging gently.
• Warnings: Avoid damaged areas and contact with eyes.

 

Effectiveness Tips: For an intensive treatment, cover the applied mud with cling film. Repeat once a week for at least 15 days for optimal results.
