The filter condition is indicated by a multicolored LED. When it lights up blue, the air cleaning is optimal. When the filter performance decreases, the LED on the Medisana Air room air purifier signals in good time to replace the filter. The LED changes from blue to yellow. Red indicates that the filter should be replaced. If the LED flashes, the filter must be replaced immediately. Under normal usage, the filter should be replaced every 3 to 6 months.
