BS Spange is a flat spring made of plastic, optically inconspicuous, waterproof and overpaintable. This spring is glued over the full width of the nail using an applicator. As a result, the spange takes on the curvature of the nail. Because the spange wants to return to its original shape, the sides of the nail are lifted and the nail will become less convex as it grows. This can prevent ingrown nails in the future. In addition, the client experiences immediate pain relief.
