INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: FIBER POWER GEL

OFFICIAL ABSTRACT PREP PROCEDURE

• Disinfect your hands and your client's hands with Antisepta Spray or Clean & Fresh Watermelon Spray.
• Push back the cuticles using the Pro Pusher Maxi or Spoon Pusher.
• File the nails into the desired shape with a 180 grit file.
• Remove the calloused or loose skin with a 180 grit file or the Cuticle Clean Up Bit.
• Remove the shine from the natural nail with a 180 grit file or the Diamond Cone Medium Bit.
• Apply Ph Nail Prep (for normal nail plates) or Ph Nail Scrub (for moist nail plates) only to the natural nails. Let dry.
• Then apply Perfect Bond sparingly, only to the natural nail.

OFFICIAL ABSTRACT FIBER GEL APPLICATION

• Carefully and with light pressure, apply a thin layer of Fiber Power Crystal Clear. Cure in a 36-watt lamp: LED: 60 sec | UV: 120 sec.
• Next, choose your favorite color of Fiber Power Gel to shape and build the nails. Cure in a 36-watt lamp: LED: 60 sec | UV: 120 sec.
• Carefully remove the sticky layer with Gel Cleanser Green Tea. Cleanse until it squeaks. (*)
• Perfect the shape and surface of the nails with a 180 grit file or the Rainbow 2 Directions Gold Fine Bit. (*)
• Thoroughly remove the dust with the No Fluff Manicure Brush.

OFFICIAL ABSTRACT FIBER GEL FINISHING POSSIBILITIES

• NATURAL FINISH
  Finish with Abstract® Gloss & Shine if the client wishes to maintain a natural look.
  • Apply Abstract® Gloss & Shine when the client wishes to maintain a natural look.
  • Cure in a 36-watt lamp: LED: 60 sec | UV: 120 sec.
  • (If desired, you can finish the set with Super Shine Cleanser to nourish the skin and cuticles and remove any overlooked gel residues.)
  • Finish with Abstract® Hand & Body Lotion.
• FINISH WITH ABSTRACT® COLORS COLOR GEL
  Finish with an Abstract® Colors Color Gel if the client has chosen one of our beautiful color gels.
  • Apply Abstract® Colors Color Gel directly to the dust-free, filed surface.
  • Cure in a 36-watt lamp: LED: 60 sec | UV: 120 sec.
  • Repeat the above steps for even more intense coverage.
  • Finish with Abstract® Gloss & Shine.
  • Cure in a 36-watt lamp: LED: 60 sec | UV: 120 sec.
  • (If desired, you can finish the set with Super Shine Cleanser to nourish the skin and cuticles and remove any overlooked gel residues.)
  • Finish with Abstract® Hand & Body Lotion.
• FINISH WITH ABSTRACT® BRUSH N' COLOR GEL POLISH / ABSTRACT® CREAMIES GEL PAINT
  Finish with an Abstract® Brush N' Color or Abstract® Creamies if the client has chosen a beautiful Gel Polish or Gel Paint.
  • Apply Abstract® Stick 2 Base to the dust-free, filed surface.
  • Apply the desired color of Abstract® Brush N' Color Gel Polish or Creamie Gel Paint.
  • Cure in a 36-watt lamp: LED: 60 sec | UV: 120 sec.
  • Repeat the above steps for even more intense coverage.
  • Finish with Abstract® Gloss & Shine.
  • Cure in a 36-watt lamp: LED: 60 sec | UV: 120 sec.
  • (If desired, you can finish the set with Super Shine Cleanser to nourish the skin and cuticles and remove any overlooked gel residues.)
  • Finish with Abstract® Hand & Body Lotion.

GOOD TO KNOW: FIBER POWER GEL

At Abstract® Professional Products, we carefully consider the condition of your clients' nails. Depending on the natural nails' condition, we offer three options to consistently create a durable set of nails and ensure optimal adhesion.

• STANDARD: PERFECT BOND
  When following the Official Abstract® Professional Products steps, there's no need to change your routine. Typically, when treating a new client who has never had artificial nails, Biab, or Gel Polish and desires gel nails, we use the acid-free bonder: Perfect Bond.
  • Apply Abstract® Perfect Bond only on fully prepped natural nails treated with Ph Nail Prep. Less is more. NOTE: USE SPARINGLY AND AVOID SKIN CONTACT! Follow with a thin layer of Fiber Power Gel Crystal Clear.

• TROUBLE IN PARADISE: MAXI PRIME
  If you’re working with a client who has had artificial nails, Biab, or Gel Polish before, and you can't determine the type of gels used, or if you're dealing with a moist or oily nail plate, we recommend using the acid primer: Maxi Prime. The goal is to transition the client to the acid-free bonder over a period of 3 months (not applicable for moist or oily nail plates).
  • Apply Abstract® Maxi Prime only along the nail contours. NOTE: USE SPARINGLY AND AVOID SKIN CONTACT! Follow with a thin layer of Fiber Power Gel Crystal Clear.

• SOS! IF ALL ELSE FAILS: RUBBER BASE GEL
  If you're dealing with a client who has had artificial nails, Biab, or Gel Polish before, and you can’t determine the type of gels used, or if nothing seems to stay on (even from other brands), we recommend using the acid-based Rubber Base Gel. The goal is to transition the client to the acid-free bonder over a period of 3 months.
  • Apply a thin layer of Abstract® Rubber Base Gel over the entire nail. Cure. NOTE: USE SPARINGLY AND AVOID SKIN CONTACT! Follow with a thin layer of Fiber Power Gel Crystal Clear.
