Installation & Use

Band Installation

  • Slide sanding band onto mandrel
  • Secure by twisting clockwise

Speed Settings

  • Cuticle work:5,000-8,000 RPM -Feather-light pressure
  • Edge refinement: 10,000-15,000 RPM - 45° angle strokes
  • Spot corrections: 8,000-12,000 RPM - Tap-and-lift motion

Pro Tips

  • Always use new bands for each client
  • Replace band if it: Becomes clogged ,Loses elasticity,Shows visible wear


Critical Warnings:

  • Never use without sanding band installed
  • Avoid prolonged contact (max 3 sec/area)
  • Keep away from water to prevent rust

Cleaning:

  • Remove used band immediately
  • Wipe mandrel with alcohol wipe
  • Air-dry before storage

Troubleshooting

  • Band keeps slipping? → Ensure proper rib alignment + twist tight
  • Vibration during use? → Check for: Worn band,Bent mandrel,Loose drill chuck
  • How many uses per band? → 1-2 clients (dispose after service)
