Clear control panel with LCD display

Intuitive operation guarantees high comfort of use. You can easily adjust the suction power of the absorber during operation or turn it off completely. The speed of rotation of the head is regulated by a knob, and pressing it can start or put the equipment into sleep mode. In addition, the device allows you to program up to 3 custom modes. All parameters are then saved – speed and direction of rotation, level of absorption power – and can be recalled at any time with a single button. The easy-to-read display allows you to observe the current settings of the device – speed and direction of rotation, the level of absorption power. In addition, after selecting one of the custom operating modes, the symbol of the activated program is displayed on the screen. The corresponding icon will also illuminate when it is necessary to replace the filter bag.

Functional head ensuring work safety

The quiet, ergonomic head with brushless motor and an adjustable speed range of 4,000 – 40,000 RPM with an efficient absorber guarantees excellent quality of services and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, protecting the lungs of both practitioners and clients. Dust from the treatment area is sucked through the holes in the head directly into the filter. The ON/OFF switch located on the back of the handle allows you to easily temporarily stop the rotation and suction during operation. This facilitates free operation of the device at any time during treatment. Replacing cutters is easy, which is ensured by the Push-in & Pull-out mechanism used – just push the cutter into the sleeve, without screwing or locking it – and it is additionally facilitated by the tool included in the set. The head can be easily disassembled for easy cleaning. The applied solutions prevent excessive hand fatigue and support comfortable and safe work.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Always read the instructions for use carefully before using the device. Professional warranty period: 1 year from the invoice date.

To benefit from the warranty conditions, it is necessary to schedule maintenance of the device every 6 months from the date of purchase.

The proper functioning of a nail drill can only be guaranteed if the machine is used and maintained correctly.

We strive to provide a fast and affordable repair/maintenance service. Your cooperation is crucial in this regard. To determine whether repairs are covered by the warranty period, we ask you to include a copy of the proof of purchase.

Nail Drills

Depending on the intensity of use, a nail drill must be brought in for maintenance at least once every six months. Just as a car requires periodic maintenance after a certain number of kilometres, the same applies to nail drills. Use dust protection caps to maximise the lifespan of your handpiece.

Handpieces that are not serviced on time may accumulate dust in the bearings, which can cause them to seize up and overheat, resulting in permanent damage. It goes without saying that this is not covered by the warranty.

Please note that wear and tear of moving parts such as motors, ball bearings, etc., as well as rust formation caused by incorrect use, are generally excluded from the warranty.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

For maintenance or repair of a device, a flat fee of €60 excl. VAT is charged for manicure nail drills, or €100 excl. VAT for podospray devices or devices with built-in dust extraction. Replacement parts are not included in the flat fee.

For many of the devices in our range, we have our own repair service. If, depending on the device, the type of maintenance or repair cannot be carried out by our own service department, the device will need to be sent to the manufacturer. Please bear in mind that this may result in a longer waiting time for maintenance or repair. Whenever possible, and depending on availability, we will try to provide a loan device.

Loan Device

You will be notified by telephone and email when your device has been inspected/repaired and is ready for collection. Once notified, the repaired device must be collected within 7 working days. If a loan device was provided, it must be returned at the same time. In the event of late collection/return of the loan device, a rental fee of €50 excl. VAT per commenced week will be charged from the 8th working day following notification.

The deposit for a loan device is €60 excl. VAT (manicure nail drills) or €100 excl. VAT (podospray devices or devices with built-in dust extraction). This deposit will be deducted from the maintenance or repair costs.

Repairs

Always provide us with both the handpiece and the drive unit so that we can identify and resolve any hidden problems/damage. To make the Service Request procedure as straightforward as possible, we ask you to specify the problem using our SERVICE REQUEST form.

Always make sure that devices brought in or sent to us for maintenance are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For a nail drill with dust extraction, we ask you to replace the used filter bag. For a podospray device, we ask you to remove the podo liquid from the reservoir.

If devices arrive in an excessively contaminated condition and we have to clean them, we will be obliged to charge a flat fee of €30 excl. VAT.

Always package the device securely when sending it to us by courier.
