Repair & Maintenance

Does your device need maintenance or repair? Below you will find all the information and the step-by-step process. You can register your repair in-store or online via the form.

Register a repair online

Step-by-step process

  1. Register the repair
    Visit our store to report the defect, or fill out the online form.
  2. Complete the form
    Fill in the form with a clear description of the issue. Add photos if possible.

Sending the device

  • Include the completed form and a copy of the purchase invoice in the package.
  • Pack the device securely and carefully.

Note: we cannot guarantee against damage during transport if the packaging is insufficient.

Repair times

Dry drill

  • Usually local repair
  • Average turnaround: 1–2 weeks

Wet drill

  • Average turnaround: 4–6 weeks
  • Depending on parts availability, workload, and manufacturer holidays

Quote and minimum costs

Before we begin, we always contact you by email or phone with a quote.

  • Minimum cost dry drill: €60 excl. VAT
  • Minimum cost wet drill: €100 excl. VAT

Execution

After approval, our technician will carry out the repair. If there are delays or additional costs, you will be informed immediately.

Ready for pickup

You will be notified as soon as the repair is complete. You can collect the device in-store or arrange another solution.

Loan device

A loan device is possible if requested in advance and subject to availability. A deposit is required.

Tip: schedule maintenance during your holiday periods so we can plan the repair without interrupting your practice.

Spare parts available

Many parts are available separately, such as cables, chargers, adapters, foot pedals, spray tan parts, and handpiece holders. This way, you don’t always need to buy a complete new device.
