RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow dye gives a well-covering, long-lasting tint that is light and water resistant with a maximum application time of 10 minutes.

• RefectoCil Deep Blue gives a long lasting and beautiful open look to types with light blonde to blonde hair. When used on darker hair types there will be little difference.
• TIP: Use Deep Blue on lashes for an intense look, the result will amaze you!

Caution! This paint has to be mixed with hydrogen peroxide!
Mixing ratio: 1cm of paint: 5 drops of oxidant liquid OR 1cm of paint: 7 drops of oxidant cream.
