Refectocil Oxidant 3% is the perfect solution for achieving perfect color coverage with Refectocil eyebrow and eyelash tinting. 3% hydrogen peroxide ensures that the substance will flow less and can be applied more precisely. At a maximum application time of 10 minutes you will have a well-covered complexion that lasts for weeks and is light and water resistant at 3% hydrogen peroxide.

Please note that Refectocil Blonde No. o must be mixed with the 3% oxidant cream. For the other colors you can choose between oxidant 3% liquid or oxidant 3% cream.
