Wimperverf RED Nr. 4.1 15ml

RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tinting provides an opaque, long lasting tint that is light and water resistant with a maximum application time of 10 minutes.

• RefectoCil Red No. 4.1 is the color for the warm color types. Mix this color with the other RefectoCil colors to add extra warmth to the color.
• TIP: Blonde the eyebrow prior to applying the paint, you will be surprised by the beautiful intense red color

Caution! This paint must be prepared with hydrogen peroxide!Mixing ratio: 1cm of paint: 5 drops of oxidant liquid OR 1cm of paint: 7 drops of oxidant cream.
